Our Unique Approach
We invest permanent capital (we are not a fund) and therefore we are in no rush to sell. Ever.This allows us to take our time and reinvest in growth. Compounding at its best. As opposed to buy, strip, and flip.In addition, our deep bench of operating partners assist exceptional entrepreneurs and managers to use this permanent capital to foster sustainable growth.Criteria:Enduringly profitable: Companies with a strong brand, defensible moat, and strong historical cash flows.Company size: Our sweet spot is £0.5 to £2M in EBITDA. Our operating partners like to roll up their sleeves and support strong, existing management.Control: We prefer majority investments but we will consider minority stakes, and co- investments alongside other exciting entrepreneurs.

We are entrepreneurs looking to build on the legacy of wonderful private companies.Citium Capital was founded in 2020 by Paul Quirk after significant experience as a founder, investor, and executive at J.P. Morgan.Citium is supported by successful entrepreneurs and family offices who have built their wealth through small businesses. As such, they bring a deep understanding of, and passion for, SMEs.
Investments
While our primary focus is on acquiring majority stakes in great businesses, we will consider backing great operators with a minority investment or growth capital.
